Here are some of my more favorite responses I get from people after speaking on the topic of mindfulness:
“This sounds like something hippies and vegans would talk about after their yoga classes.”
“I mean who has time to sit back and zone out in this fast paced world…I’ve got shit to do!”
“I’ve got no time for this eastern philosophy stuff. I go to church religiously every Sunday already, thank you very much.”
