GrowthGuided.com is a Website devoted to psychology, empowerment and culture. We publish feature articles, links to things we find interesting online, podcasts, videos and comics created by the Growth Guided editorial team and other invited contributors.

This site was created with the intention to empower you to your next step in life. The content gathered for this site is here to liberate you and maybe even challenge you a little bit. Ideas and information are meant to be shared and not stockpiled only for the privileged to use. History is plagued with individuals who had brilliant ideas who never executed on them due to doubt and lack of encouragement. I don’t know about you, but most of my big achievements in life came as a results of people helping me through my own doubts and struggles, and I hope to do the same for you through the content that is shared on this site.

My name is Kael, and I’ve been running this site since 2012. I am a super sensitive, educated, loving, charming, one hell of a nice guy. Evidently, I still have some work to do around humility though (:

I am a God-loving, spiritual warrior type, who also happens to be in long term recovery. I also spend a lot of my time advocating for Mental Health.

I’m glad I stumbled upon your site. I am a HUGE advocate for mental health as well.

I came to this site when I searched for “oqp” Only Quality People, that I heard in one of the Les Brown’s speech! And I read your post on being friends with the right friends and since then, I’m loving this site!
