With summer just around the corner your fluid consumption will start to increase with the change in temperatures. Being a huge fan of hydration I thought it would be nice to know exactly what I’m putting in my body every time I stop and quench my thirst.
It’s amazing that I haven’t turned into a diabetic from insulin abuse over the years, the sugar content in some of these beverages we have all turned to over the years is rather gross.
