We all need a time out to just unplug from the work day. Whether you are travelling at the airport, sitting at your desk (hopefully standing with an elevated desk), or even on your lunch break you can choose one of these sites too just drift away for a few minutes. I love the HD videos of LoungeV and the simplicity of the Noisli site. Let us know below if you have stumbled across any other sites that help you calm down each day!

This site has background noises like coffee shop chatter, the sound of a blowing fan, white noise, and many other. Each sound can be selected and adjusted individually if you desire to make your own compilation of noises. You can also change the site background to whatever colour energy you are in the mood for.  Check out the Noisli site, here.

[3] – LoungeV Studio

Lounge V Studio

Some times a picture and sound combo doesn’t quite tickle your fancy, and that is why Lounge V put together peaceful video footage for your viewing pleasure. Watch these beautifully calming videos in HD for free. Visit website . If they were smart they would link each HD video with flight schedules to that exact destination on Orbitz (:

[4] – Do Nothing For 2 Minutes

Nothing for 2 minutes

How many times a day do you just stop and just breathe? If so, then how many minutes would you assume this takes? Usually 1-2 wouldn’t you agree? This is the perfect for you to settle yourself and bring your attention to your breath and just focus for two minutes. Do nothing except listen to the waves for exactly 2 minutes. If the 2 minutes isn’t good enough for you, press the reset button and fade off again into the silence (:  [Visit website]

[5] – CALM

Remain Calm Website

Do you need a few minutes just to completely zone out and disappear from work? This might just be the site for you then.  Nature scenes, light, clouds and lights rise and fall in the background with beautifully calming sound.
