Yoga was never meant to become a commodity for sale, but rather a source of knowledge and connection that was passed on to better humanity. Elders would teach the practice at no mandatory cost in hope of bettering communities and helping people to connect with source, self, and God. The elders would consider paying for yoga as absurd as it would be to for you to pay an entry fee at your favourite place of worship on Sunday.

Being a great advocate for the stillness that you can achieve from practising yoga I thought it would be a great idea to pass an easy way for you to connect each and every day at no cost. I am constantly searching for new yoga videos, and ones that I can get completed very quickly. I don’t always have a lot of time to invest in it, but I find that it really centers my thinking and reduces my anxiety. Thanks for posting!
