A Return To The Basics

When your energy levels are low and you feel stuck, depressed, or totally uninspired, ask yourself when was the last time you did an inventory? Let these low vibrations and unpleasant emotions serve as a guide that is calling you back to the proven path.
Most of us have been unwilling to admit we were real alcoholics. No person likes to think that he is bodily and mentally different from his fellows.

Do you remember all the times that an inventory has helped you in the past, and how you have felt a physical release in your heart/solar plexus after doing an inventory?
Remember how many other silly things you have been sold on to try and use in attempts to heal yourself with, from which afforded you little to no results. But, inventories, on the other hand, have always provided you with real results..
Remind yourself of the spiritual well in which you/I draw life from that gets blocked due to emotional conflict, fears, unmet expectations, and the other varied residue life can leave sticking to us because of our sensitive nature.
Until one of these other seminars, books, meditations, or corrective thought training programs produces actual results for you, please continue to do inventories. You are worth it. And better yet, it is a practical way to show yourself that you care and love yourself.
Despite all we can say, many who are real alcoholics are not going to believe they are in that class. By every form of self-deception and experimentation, they will try to prove themselves exceptions to the rule, therefore nonalcoholic.

The self-deception that has held such a tight grip in your life can and will be released by taking actions through the process of utilizing this foundational introspective tool. The four-column approach is a pillar of success that needs to be addressed regularly, and not on a quarterly basis as you have done in the past.
While it is suggested to be practiced daily, I recognize that life is variable, and being hard on yourself is one of your superpowers – so easy does it!
I love you.
Your friend always,
Kael
