From time to time we all need a quick reminder of what is really important in life. Here is a list of the top personal development websites that I have come across on my journey thus far in mindset change. These sites have provided millions of people with a positive guiding force in life.

Following the philosophy that…..

Content is King

The ranking of the sites below are based primarily on their traffic and the quantity of eyes and ears that have been drawn to their pages and products, meaning Alexa ranking, and not a ranking based on the writing calibre or quality of site design. That is the thing you need to consider when reading all of these Top __ lists. It isn’t based on actual brilliance or ability to communicate, it’s based on Alexa rankings. Sad, I know! Going forward we won’t participate in that type of silly ranking because traffic can be paid for and not earned based on actual merit and skill. So please keep that in mind the next time you read one of these lists. Popularity and ranking is not always earned the way it should be.

I’d like you to check out “TheSecretAwarenessMagazine.com : A portal to Self-Empowerment”. I think you’ll want to add it to your list of the top ten self-help personal development sites.

The first book I was given many years ago was “As a Man Thinketh” by James Allen. It set my on a quest to understand why my first “list” worked so perfectly. This was before “The Secret”, and I thought I had discovered the secret of life, which is mostly true. But there was something missing, because it didn’t always work.

I told others about making a list of what they wanted, and sometimes the items on their list happened by the date they requested, and other times it missed. I found that there are parts of us who think they are helping us by stopping whatever we “think” we want from coming to us. That is why I wrote the book, “Ending the Battle Within” and have now created TheSecretAwarenessMagazine.com. I think you’ll enjoy it! Congratulations on your blog!

What did you not enjoy about James Allens work? What did you find that didn’t work ?

      Enjoy your weekend (:

I find that lifehack has been producing less and less quality content as of late though. Next year it will be dropping out of the top ten race (:

Great list guys! I am targeting to have http://www.victorycoaches.com break the top 10 by this time next year.

We focus on a concept called Personal Development 2.0 and are revamping with a lot of great new science-based information that is in the pipeline.

According to Alexa, we’d fall at position 94.5, so some climbing to do. 🙂
